Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for eligible items (excluding final sale). Just contact us to arrange the exchange.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
