We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and discounts).

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance for international orders. If you experience significant delays, feel free to contact us for support.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Ripmad Store is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping provider directly and notify us so we can assist if possible.
